Education: B.E./B.Tech Mandatory | MBA Preferred

Industry: Cable Industry

Salary: 10,00,000-20,00,000 LPA (Negotiable)

Role:

Responsible for driving sales growth, business development and key account management for HT/LT Cables and electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales and business growth targets
- Develop Utility, EPC, Consultant, OEM and Industrial accounts
- Handle project sales, tenders and commercial negotiations
- Develop and manage channel partners/distributors
- Generate market intelligence and support business growth initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in electrical equipment/cable sales
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience in project sales and channel management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Product exposure to HT/LT Cables, Switchgear, Transformers and Cable Accessories
