We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager (ASM) in our OTC Division

What we're looking for

15-17 years of experience

Mandatory experience in FMCG/OTC Sales

Robust communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

•Drive business and achieve sales targets

•Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams

•Manage key accounts and distributor partnerships

•Ensure strong execution of marketing initiatives

•Track market trends, competition, and drive data-based decisions

Ideal Candidate

Strong leadership and execution capabilities

Proven track record of scaling business across channels

OTC/Ayurvedic/FMCG industry experience preferred

Location: Muzaffarpur, Bhopal, Kochi

CTC - Upto 10.50 LPA
