Role & responsibilities

- Achieve territory sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Manage distributors, dealers, and key customers.

- Expand market coverage and increase product availability.

- Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.

- Ensure effective execution of sales and promotional activities.

- Track collections, stock levels, and distributor performance.

- Submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.

- Lead and support the field sales team.
