- Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business and premium targets for the assigned area Build Solid relationships with Bank Staff for Lead Generation.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and guide Team Provide Product Training & Support to Employees.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, track key metrics (conversion rates, productivity, persistency), and correct course as needed .

Preferred candidate profile

- Mandatory Exp of Team Handling in Life Insurance Direct Channel Channel.
- Ability to motivate and drive performance
- Proficiency in local market understanding and networking.
