We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager Gold Loan to drive business growth, lead large teams, and manage operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive customer acquisition, revenue, retention & profitability
- Manage relationships with banking/lending partners and key stakeholders
- Ensure risk, audit & compliance adherence
- Drive market expansion and offline channel development
- Recruit, mentor and lead City/Cluster teams
- Manage and develop large teams of 30+ members

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Ideal Candidate

- 7+ years of experience in Gold Loan Sales & Operations within NBFC, Banking.
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience managing large teams across multiple geographies
- Strong sales, relationship management & people leadership skills

• Valuable knowledge of the local market
