Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage community mobilization programs to promote corporate social responsibility initiatives.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement skill development programs for underprivileged communities.

- Oversee placement activities, ensuring successful job placements for candidates from various backgrounds.

- Lead a team of professionals in achieving organizational goals related to area head responsibilities.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in community development, CSR, or NGO work.

- Robust understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and practices.

- Excellent program coordination and mobilization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
