Role Description The Architectural Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Devanahalli. The individual will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed construction drawings that align with project requirements and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and revising plans and elevations, coordinating with project managers and engineering teams, and ensuring designs comply with safety, efficiency, and regulatory guidelines.





The role also involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, participating in site reviews, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine design solutions.

The Architectural

Designer will support documentation, assist in design presentations, and contribute to the seamless integration of architecture with MEP systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetic design solutions.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing for clear, accurate, and buildable documentation.
- Understanding of Urban Planning principles to support site layout, zoning considerations, and sustainable development practices.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a closely related field.
- Experience with CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and spatial visualization skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design intent clearly.
- Willingness to work on-site in Devanahalli and participate in site visits, coordination meetings, and design reviews.
