Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator with 4–6 years of experience in BIM coordination and architectural modeling. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural BIM models, ensuring model quality, resolving interdisciplinary clashes, and supporting project teams in delivering accurate BIM outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Develop, manage, and maintain architectural models using Revit.
- Perform BIM coordination and identify potential design conflicts and clashes.
- Use Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model review.
- Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain BIM coordination reports and clash reports.
- Participate in coordination meetings and track resolution of design/modeling issues.
- Ensure BIM models follow project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, and workflows.
- Support the BIM Manager/Lead in implementing BIM Execution Plans and project requirements.
- Review drawings and model outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy.




- Assist project teams with BIM-related technical issues and workflows.
- Manage model revisions and maintain proper version control.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit – Architecture.
- Good working knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
- Understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary BIM coordination workflows.
- Ability to identify and resolve model clashes and coordination issues.
- Good understanding of architectural families, templates, worksets, and model standards.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and documentation practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Architectural BIM Modeling and Coordination.

Preferred
- Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or international projects.
- Experience with multidisciplinary coordination involving Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud will be an advantage.
- Experience working with international BIM standards and project workflows.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
