Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect – BIM to join our Design & Engineering team for EPC Township Projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design development, BIM modelling, coordination, drawing preparation, design reviews, and coordination with various engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential township / large-scale building projects, with hands-on expertise in BIM tools, Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage architectural BIM models for township and large-scale building projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
- Develop architectural designs in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, client specifications, and approved design standards.
- Create and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit Architecture.
- Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape, and other disciplines.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues through BIM coordination processes.
- Prepare GFC / IFC drawings, shop drawings, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and project execution teams.
- Review design drawings and ensure constructability before issuing drawings for execution.




- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical inputs to resolve site-related design issues.
- Review architectural drawings received from consultants and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Ensure BIM models and drawings are updated based on approved design changes and site requirements.
- Maintain proper document control, drawing revisions, BIM standards, and project documentation.
- Support quantity take-off and project estimation requirements through BIM models, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve architectural queries and technical issues during construction.
- Monitor design deliverables and ensure timely submission as per project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and company BIM / design standards.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in BIM and Revit Architecture.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and other relevant BIM tools.
- Experience in architectural BIM modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, model coordination, and drawing extraction.
- Good understanding of residential buildings, townships, commercial buildings and large-scale developments.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methodology.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with consultants, clients,



contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and technical coordination skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

Educational Qualification

Essential:

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Preferred:

- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) / relevant BIM certification

Experience 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in EPC, construction, township, residential or large-scale building projects.
