The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of space planning, materials, construction details, and design development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software is preferred. Candidates should have valuable communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Prior experience in residential projects is preferred.
