We partner directly with leading OEMs and infrastructure contractors, supplying major commercial landmarks, residential townships, universities, and industrial developments across Uttar Pradesh.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN & DRIVE

· Architect & Influencer Network: Build and nurture deep, long-term commercial relationships with leading architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and structural engineers across Lucknow.

· BOQ Specification Pitching: Get our premium product brands specified early into project Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender specifications, and client design briefs before procurement begins.

· Active Project Pipeline Tracking: Map and track high-value commercial buildings, townships, retail chains, and government/private institutional sites across Lucknow from foundation to fitting stages.

· Commercial Closures & Negotiation: Work closely with our internal technical and billing teams to draft razor-sharp proposals, negotiate commercial terms with builders/contractors,



and close multi-lakh purchase orders.

· End-to-End Account Ownership: Coordinate with logistics and dispatch to ensure prompt project deliveries, resolve site-level requirements, and secure regular repeat orders.

WHO YOU ARE

· Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven, field-level B2B or institutional sales experience in electrical distribution, building materials, lighting, pipes, or construction hardware.

· Architect & Builder Acumen: You understand how construction projects move from drawings to procurement. You can read basic electrical BOQs and present technical catalogs with confidence.

· Self-Driven Closer: Target-oriented professional who thrives on field mobility, relationship-building, and turning cold site visits into active vendor registrations.

· Local Market Command: Strong familiarity with commercial and residential development pockets across Lucknow (Shaheed Path, Gomti Nagar Extension, Kanpur Road, Kursi Road, etc.).

· Mandatory Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license, personal two-wheeler for regular client visits, and a polished, professional client-facing demeanor.
