- B.Arch with 23 years of experience in residential projects.

- Prepare and review architectural, working and GFC drawings.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams.

- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and designs.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp .

- Valuable communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in residential real estate/construction projects
