� Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounts receivable activities for the US healthcare process.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Follow up on claim status, denials, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Identify and resolve claim-related issues through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records and update claim/account information.
- Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.

� � Candidate Requirements
- Experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare / Medical Billing will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare and insurance processes.
- Candidates should be comfortable attending a walk-in interview.
- Valuable communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
