Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.




- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
- Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniques within Linux environments.
- Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis to detect and resolve system anomalies.
- Ability to work with various software components and understand their interactions within complex systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
