The Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society (BCAS) invites applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

We are looking for a senior leader with 15–20 years of leadership experience and strong expertise in strategic planning, administration, governance, execution and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Commerce, Law, Public Administration or related field
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Sound judgement, integrity and emotional maturity
- Ability to work closely with elected office bearers and senior professionals
