- Conduct quality checks and audits by listening to audio recordings of interviews and verifying corresponding data in Excel sheets

- Provide clear and constructive one-on-one feedback to employees to support performance improvement

- Perform Tele Back Checks (TBC) by contacting respondents to validate key survey responses and ensure authenticity of collected data

- Record observations, discrepancies, and audit findings in Excel sheets accurately and systematically

- Share detailed feedback and quality observations with the reporting manager on a timely basis

- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and project guidelines

- Support the team in maintaining data accuracy and process compliance across projects

Skills Required

- Excellent listening and analytical skills with robust attention to detail

- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written





- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word

- Ability to evaluate calls objectively and provide constructive feedback

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline with 6 months to 1 year of experience in calling, auditing process or quality monitoring role

- Prior experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), BPO, or call center operations will be preferred

- Familiarity with call quality parameters, compliance checks, and performance evaluation standards will be an added advantage
