Roles & Responsibilities

- Support policy administration and operational processes.

- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

- Prepare reports and maintain process documentation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and complete tasks within agreed timelines.

- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and service standards.

- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BE/B.Tech graduates are not eligible).

- 0-1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Prior experience in customer service or a call center workplace is an advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Good analytical ability and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
