Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and management information.
- Configure and develop solutions within OneStream based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Cube Views, Dashboards, Forms, Workflow Profiles, Data Management Sequences, and Business Rules.
- Develop and maintain OneStream Business Rules using VB.NET.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of data integrations and data loads from source systems into OneStream.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Support the design and maintenance of OneStream dimensions, hierarchies, scenarios, workflows, and application metadata.
- Develop user-friendly dashboards and reports to meet business and management reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot application, calculation, workflow, data load, and reporting issues.
- Analyze production issues and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve defects.
- Execute unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation for new developments and enhancements.
- Support application deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Assist with OneStream application maintenance, upgrades,



and performance optimization.
- Work with senior analysts, consultants, and managers to deliver enhancements within agreed timelines.
- Provide production support and respond to user queries and incidents.
- Follow development standards, testing procedures, change-management processes, and application security guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the efficiency of existing OneStream solutions.

- Experience with data integration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ability to troubleshoot OneStream calculations, data loads, workflows, and application errors.

Functional Skills

- Understanding of FP&A; and financial reporting processes.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Understanding of financial consolidation and reporting.
- Knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reporting.




- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Understanding of financial data structures, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules.
- Experience working with Finance, FP&A;, Accounting, and Controllership teams is preferred.

Required Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in OneStream, EPM, FP&A; systems, financial systems, or a related technology area.
- Hands-on experience in OneStream development and application support.
- Experience developing or maintaining OneStream Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Data Management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple development and support activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- OneStream certification or relevant OneStream training.
- Experience with OneStream implementation or enhancement projects.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other financial source systems.
- Experience with financial data integrations.
- Exposure to Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, or other OneStream solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile or structured application-development environment.
