Role:

The Analyst will work closely with senior team members on deal evaluation, structuring and execution across private credit, structured finance, special situations, real estate and investment banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial analysis, modelling, valuation and cash-flow analysis
- Industry, company and transaction-level research
- Preparation of financial models, presentations, IMs and investment notes
- Support due diligence, data analysis and transaction execution
- Assist in credit assessment, risk-return analysis and deal structuring
- Monitor transactions and portfolio performance
- Coordinate with clients, promoters, CFOs and external stakeholders.

What Were Looking For

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Credit, AIF, Structured Finance, Special Situations or Financial Services
- Solid financial modelling, valuation and credit-analysis skills




- Good understanding of corporate finance and transaction structuring
- Excellent analytical, research and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- CFA/CA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage

Qualification Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field.

Client Exposure

You will work directly on transactions involving promoters, founders and CFOs of companies with annual revenues typically ranging from 25 Cr to 2,000 Cr+.

This is a high-responsibility role offering direct exposure to institutional capital, complex transactions and senior decision-makers .
