Role & responsibilities

Strategic Focus

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Operational Focus

- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

- Meet contractual conditions of performance

- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences

- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks

- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Masters of Science in Civil Engineering,



Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required

- 8 to 12 years of project experience working in the construction industry required

- Hands-on experience in RCC execution is must have.

- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.

- Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

- Well-versed with construction quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.

- Ability to monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Solid leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
