- Supervise end-to-end air export shipment lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to timelines (booking, documentation, cargo uplift).

- Resolve escalations, delays, or shipment discrepancies.

- Maintain SOP compliance and operational efficiency.

3. Pricing &

- Commercial Strategy

- Oversee freight pricing, quotations, and rate negotiations with airlines.

- Ensure competitive and profitable pricing aligned with market trends.

- Approve major quotes and key customer pricing strategies.

- Monitor market rates, seasonality, and capacity trends.

Coordination Between

Teams

- Bridge the gap between Sales, Pricing, and Operations.





- Ensure pricing commitments are operationally feasible.

- Align shipment planning with agreed commercial terms.

- Prevent revenue leakage due to miscommunication or execution gaps.

5. Customer &

- Stakeholder Management

- Handle key accounts and critical client escalations.

- Ensure service quality and timely communication with customers.

- Maintain relationships with airlines, agents, and vendors.

6. Financial &

- Performance Control

- Monitor shipment profitability and margins.

- Control operational costs and avoid unnecessary expenses.

- Track revenue contribution from air export business.

- Ensure billing accuracy and timely invoicing.

7. Compliance &

- Risk Management

- Ensure all shipments comply with customs and international regulations.

- Minimize risks related to documentation errors, delays, or penalties.
