About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator to produce engaging explainer videos, informational content, and social media videos for government departments and public initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create short-form AI-powered explainer videos for government schemes, policies, initiatives, and public announcements.
- Convert complex government information into simple, engaging visual stories.
- Use AI tools for script-to-video, AI avatars, voiceovers, animation, motion graphics, and visual generation.
- Create videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, visual concepts, and video sequences.
- Ensure content is accurate, transparent, accessible, and aligned with government communication guidelines.
- Adapt videos into multiple formats and languages where required.
- Work closely with content, design, and government communication teams to incorporate feedback and deliver videos on time.




- Stay updated with emerging AI video generation and editing tools.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in video creation, motion graphics, animation, or digital content.
- Strong understanding of AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Good visual storytelling and understanding of social media formats.
- Ability to simplify complex information into compelling visual content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred.

Ideal CandidateSomeone who combines creative storytelling + video editing + AI tools and can turn a government policy or scheme into a video that an ordinary citizen can understand in 30–90 seconds.
