Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect with 10+ years of overall technology experience and a solid background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience, deep expertise in AI Agents and Agentic Design Patterns, and strong Python Full Stack development skills.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a focus on Agentic AI architecture, security, scalability, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Develop and implement AI Agents using modern Agentic Design Patterns.
- Lead the architecture, implementation, security, deployment, and operations of AI agent-based solutions.
- Design single-agent and multi-agent systems with appropriate orchestration, planning, tool calling, memory, and decision-making capabilities.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python Full Stack technologies.
- Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and AI application components.
- Work with AI Agent development SDKs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and other relevant frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Implement security controls for AI agents, including authentication, authorization, access control, and secure tool execution.
- Ensure AI agent reliability, scalability, performance, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Drive technical architecture decisions, best practices, and engineering standards.
- Mentor AI/ML engineers and contribute to technical strategy and solution design.

Mandatory Skills

AI/ML Background

- 10+ years of overall IT / technology experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Strong foundation in traditional AI/ML,



machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and AI solution engineering.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development before specializing in LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Candidates whose AI experience started exclusively with LLMs are not suitable.

AI Agents & Agentic AI
- Deep understanding of AI Agents and Agentic AI architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Agentic Design Patterns and their practical implementation.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI agent-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, implementation, security, and operations.
- Experience with agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience deploying and operating AI agents in production environments.

AI Agent Development SDKs
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI SDK / OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Experience with Anthropic SDK / Claude-based agent development.
- Strong knowledge of LangChain and related agent frameworks.
- Ability to select and implement suitable AI Agent SDKs based on business requirements.

Python Full Stack
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming.
- Experience building Python-based AI/ML applications and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience developing REST APIs, integrations, and scalable backend applications.
- Understanding of frontend integration and full-stack application development.
- Experience with databases, testing, debugging, and application deployment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LLM application development, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, guardrails, and responsible AI.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment.
- Experience in enterprise AI transformation and solution architecture.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical field.
