AI/ML Engineer (Computer Vision & AI-Powered CAD)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Model Engineer to join our dynamic team in developing intelligent solutions that automate complex business processes and field operations for large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with our U.S.-based software development team and have deep expertise in computer vision and AI-powered CAD technologies. You should be passionate about building scalable machine learning models and applying AI in real-world industrial and operational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models focused on computer vision and automation.
- Develop AI-powered CAD applications and algorithms for field data interpretation and operational design.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Perform data preprocessing, annotation, augmentation, and management for training vision models.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
- Integrate AI models into production systems ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate,



and improve model accuracy and reliability based on real-world feedback.
- Document processes, models, and workflows for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic AI initiatives.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning with a focus on computer vision.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered CAD tools or solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
- Experience working with image and video data, including object detection, segmentation, and classification.
- Proven ability to deliver AI solutions in production environments.
- Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, particularly with remote U.S.-based teams.
- Self-managed, proactive, and comfortable working in quick-paced environments.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Preferred Qualities:

- Experience working with U.S.-based enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with edge deployment of computer vision models.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and pipelines.
- Ability to work in the evening shift to align with U.S. team schedules.
