About the role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, ideally for marketing teams. You will develop multi-agent workflows that help teams improve market intelligence, content creation, personalisation, campaign execution and performance analysis.

This is a practical engineering role spanning solution design, development and deployment. You will work closely with clients, consultants and other engineers to turn business workflows into reliable AI solutions.

What You'll Do

Design and build multi-agent solutions for marketing use cases

Develop agents that combine enterprise data, external signals and business context

Build workflow orchestration, tool integrations, APIs and retrieval pipelines

Deploy solutions within clients’ Microsoft environments

Establish evaluation, monitoring and human-review mechanisms

Translate marketing requirements into clear technical designs

Participate in client discussions, demonstrations and solution workshops

What We're Looking For





3-4 years of software, data or AI engineering experience

Experience building production-grade generative AI or agentic applications

Good understanding of models, APIs and MCPs

Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, LLM APIs and structured outputs

Understanding of marketing workflows such as content, campaigns, customer intelligence, personalization or analytics

Strong Python skills and experience working with APIs and cloud services

Familiarity with evaluation, observability, security and responsible AI practices

Solid problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience

Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry/Studio and Azure OpenAI

Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint or Dynamics 365

Building AI solutions within enterprise environments

Working directly with marketing or commercial teams
