Role Description The Agri Advisor internship role at Katyayani Organics is an on-site position based in Bhopal. The intern will support farmers by providing guidance on product selection, application methods, and integrated crop management practices. Day-to-day tasks include visiting fields, conducting basic crop and soil assessments, explaining product benefits, and assisting in demonstrations and trials.

The intern will also help collect feedback and field data, assist the sales and technical teams with local outreach, and participate in training sessions on agrochemical use and sustainable farming techniques.



This internship offers hands-on learning in modern agriculture, farmer engagement, and practical use of Katyayani’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of agronomy, crop science, or related agricultural disciplines, ideally supported by ongoing studies or a relevant degree.
- Ability to communicate clearly with farming communities, explain technical information in simple terms, and build trusted relationships on the field.
- Basic skills in data collection, record keeping, and observation of crop health, pest incidence, and product performance.
- Willingness to work on-site in rural and semi-urban field conditions around Bhopal, with readiness for regular farm visits.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, interest in agrochemicals and sustainable farming, and eagerness to learn from technical and field teams.
- Comfort with using mobile apps or digital tools for reporting and communication; familiarity with tech-driven agriculture is an advantage.
- Ability to work respectfully with diverse groups of farmers, colleagues, and stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
