We are currently hiring for one of our reputed clients in the industrial gas and compressor equipment industry for an Aftermarket – Service & Spares Sales position.

The client works with reciprocating gas compressors and provides equipment and solutions for industries such as Oil & Gas, CNG, gas processing, petrochemical and other industrial applications.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced After Market Service & Spares Sales professional with strong experience in the reciprocating compressor industry. The candidate will be responsible for service business development, spare-parts sales, customer handling, and generating aftermarket revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage aftermarket sales of compressor spares and services.

Identify new business opportunities for service, maintenance, and spare parts.

Handle existing customers and develop long-term customer relationships.

Generate enquiries and prepare technical/commercial quotations for spares and services.

Coordinate with service,



engineering, and internal teams for customer requirements.

Understand compressor spare parts, maintenance requirements, and service needs.

Conduct customer visits for enquiry generation, technical discussions, and business development.

Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders, and payments.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for aftermarket business.

Maintain sales reports, customer data, enquiries, and order status in MIS/ERP.

Support customers during breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and spare-parts replacement.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in After Market Service & Spares Sales.

Experience specifically in reciprocating compressors is preferred.

Strong knowledge of compressor spare parts, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting requirements.

Experience in B2B industrial sales and customer handling.

Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
