QUALIFICATION- Any graduate

EXPERIENCE- 1-2 years in sales/sales support

COMPENSATION- 3- 5 LPA

The Role

You will work closely with Life Insurance Advisors and Leaders to improve business activity, productivity and target achievement. The role combines office-based coordination with regular field meetings and participation in selected customer discussions alongside Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Advisor Recruitment, Training, Development, Promotion and Business

Coordinate daily with Advisors and Leaders; drive priorities, follow-ups and business activity.

Track business progress through Excel/MIS reports; identify gaps and work with team members on corrective actions.

Share contest updates and help Advisors and Leaders plan towards targets and higher income.

Understand life insurance products and explain their key features, suitability and sales positioning to the team.

Support proposal login,



issuance and servicing by coordinating with the principal company's operations teams.

Prepare product presentations, comparisons, sales inputs and performance updates.

Meet Advisors and Leaders at different locations and accompany them in selected client meetings to support product explanation and business closure.

What We Are Looking For

Some prior sales experience, with confidence in meeting people, following up and influencing action.

Positive spoken and written communication, ownership and the ability to guide and motivate people.

Comfort with targets, numbers, data and business-performance tracking.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to use AI tools for research, analysis and content creation.

Adaptability, learning agility and readiness to become increasingly customer-facing.

Work Arrangement

Full-time, six-day work week, based at Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The role combines office work with field meetings across NCR and occasional outstation travel. The employee should be comfortable meeting Advisors and, where required, their clients from an early stage.
