About the Role

We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and parent-focused Admission Counsellor to support the school's student admissions and enrolment process. The candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, counselling parents and students, conducting campus visits, managing follow-ups, and supporting the school in achieving its admission targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach, robust follow-up skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with parents and prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.

· Understand parents' requirements and provide accurate information about the school.

· Explain the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, activities, fee structure, and admission process.

· Counsel parents and students regarding the school's programs and offerings.

· Conduct and coordinate campus visits and school tours.

· Follow up with prospective parents regularly and maintain proper communication throughout the admission process.

· Convert enquiries into school visits, applications, and admissions.

· Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions in the CRM/admission system.

· Coordinate with academic and administrative teams regarding student assessments, interviews, documentation, and admission formalities.





· Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective and existing parents.

· Handle parent queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

· Participate in admission campaigns, school events, education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach activities.

· Identify potential sources for student enquiries and contribute ideas to increase admissions.

· Track and report enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission status regularly.

· Work towards achieving monthly and annual admission targets.

· Ensure a smooth and positive parent experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or a related field.

· Experience in school admissions or the education sector will be preferred.

· Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

· Confident in speaking with parents and handling enquiries.

· Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM/admission management systems.
