Role Overview
This is an actuarial role with significant exposure to model development, automation, and actuarial systems. The successful candidate will work closely with consulting actuaries on projects involving pricing, valuation, RBC, IFRS 17, EV/MCEV, and experience studies while contributing to the development of actuarial tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and validate actuarial models and calculation engines.
- Assist in translating actuarial requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Automate actuarial processes, calculations, and reporting workflows.
- Work with large insurance datasets and perform actuarial analyses.
- Prepare technical documentation and process notes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Progress in actuarial examinations is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of life insurance products and policy mechanics.
- Ability to work with large datasets and actuarial models.
- Understanding and working knowledge of C#, C++ is a must.
