Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer calls to resolve accounts receivable issues, including payment processing and reconciliations.

- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors for resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and productivity.

Job Requirements :

- Availbilty for F2F interview on Thursday (17/September) @ 5.30 PM. (Chennai One).

- 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Caller role or similar International Voice Process setting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to AR collections.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
