Roles and Responsibilities :

- Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors.

- Conduct vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of payments.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement of goods and services, including PO creation, invoice verification, and payment processing.

- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions in the system.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field (P2P).

- Robust understanding of invoice processing, payment processing, P2P cycle, and vendor reconciliation processes.

- Proficiency in using accounting software such as [insert specific software].

- Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy while working on large volumes.
