₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance & experience)

Eligibility Requirements

- Degree completed

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

or equivalent

- Practical exposure to

GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliances

(internship or job experience preferred)

- Basic working knowledge of

Tally, payroll processing, and accounting entries

- Willingness to learn statutory compliances for software/IT companies

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a growth-oriented mindset

Key ResponsibilitiesIncome Tax Compliance

- Preparation and filing of

Income Tax Returns (ITR)

- TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliations

- Supporting income tax assessments and compliance for software professionals and companies

GST Compliance





- GST registration and amendments

- Filing monthly/quarterly GST returns

- Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation

- Assisting in export of services GST refunds for software companies

Payroll &

Salary Processing

- Monthly payroll processing

- PF &
- ESIC computation and compliance

- Payroll statutory filings and

Form 16 preparation

ROC &

- MCA Compliance

- Filing annual returns and MCA forms

- Drafting and filing board resolutions

- DIN maintenance and routine corporate compliances

Accounting &

- Tally Operations

- Maintaining books of accounts in

Tally

- Bank reconciliations and basic MIS reporting

- Accounting treatment for software licenses and IT-related transactions

Account Finalization &

- Audit Support

- Assisting in preparation of

Profit &

- Loss Account and Balance Sheet

- Audit preparation specific to the

IT/software industry

- Support during statutory audits, internal audits, and GST/TDS reviews
