We are seeking a Finance/Accounts Executive who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and assisting in financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally or similar ERP systems, GST, and general finance operations in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable including invoice matching, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and petty cash records.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and stock-related entries.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements.
- Support the finance team during audits, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients,



and internal departments for documentation and clarifications.
- Maintain all financial documents, vouchers, and records in an organized manner.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
- Experience: 3–4 years in accounting/finance role, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting principles
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic labor law-related compliances
- Attention to detail, timely reporting, and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
