Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Associate to support day-to-day accounting, financial documentation, vendor payments, reimbursements, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to independently manage routine accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Handle vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, and expense verification .
- Prepare and maintain bank, ledger, and account reconciliations .
- Support monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Manage TDS, GST,



and other statutory documentation/compliances .
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of bills, receipts, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and other finance-related requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience .
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, invoicing, and statutory compliance .
- Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial tasks independently.
- Experience in a consulting, research, development, NGO, or professional services environment will be an advantage.
