Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sr. Accounts Department Head to lead and manage the Accounts & Finance function of our manufacturing organization. The candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing-industry accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash-flow & Funds Flow management, and import & export documentation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting operations, timely statutory filings, financial analysis, MIS reporting, and effective control over company funds and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Head and supervise the Accounts & Finance Department and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
- Manage complete accounting activities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
- Prepare and review Monthly MIS Reports for management.
- Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements and Cash Flow Analysis.
- Prepare and analyze Funds Flow Statements and Funds Flow Analysis.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and fund requirements.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR preparation and timely filing.
- Manage TDS calculations, payments, returns, and related compliance.
- Coordinate and ensure timely EPF, ESI, and Skilled Tax (PT) filings.
- Maintain proper statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable financial and taxation requirements.
- Handle and review Import & Export Documentation, including coordination with relevant departments, banks, logistics teams, and other stakeholders.
- Review purchase, sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.




- Monitor bank transactions, cash transactions, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, government departments, and statutory authorities as required.
- Prepare financial statements and support audit requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
- Review and verify accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Provide financial data, reports, and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts and financial reporting.

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting & Finance Operations.
- Good knowledge of GST and GSTR Filing.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting & Finance Operations.
- Good knowledge of GST and GSTR Filing.
- Strong knowledge of TDS Filing & Compliance.
- Knowledge of EPF, ESI & Professional Tax (PT) Filings.
- Strong understanding of Cash Flow Analysis and Funds Flow Analysis.
- Practical knowledge of Monthly MIS Reporting.
- Good knowledge of Import & Export Documentation and related procedures.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
- Strong leadership, team-management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Accounts & Finance function.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Final or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing-industry experience and strong practical accounting knowledge will be preferred.

Salary ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per Month

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, technical knowledge, and overall suitability for the position.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working as Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Sr. Accounts Manager, Accounts Head, or Finance Head with substantial manufacturing-industry experience are encouraged to apply.
