Role Summary:

The incumbent will support India payroll operations by handling employee payroll queries, recovery follow-ups, payroll-related reporting, statutory validations, and payroll administration activities. The role requires coordination with employees, stakeholders, and external teams to ensure timely resolution of payroll-related issues and accurate maintenance of payroll records and trackers.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to and resolve employee payroll queries raised through ServiceNow (SN) tickets.
- Handle bonus recovery activities and follow up with terminated employees for outstanding collections.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports such as Headcount (HC) reports, historical payroll files, invoice trackers, termination trackers,



and other payroll-related reports.
- Coordinate PAN-Aadhaar linkage verification activities with the Shared Services.
- Maintain statutory payment trackers and support statutory compliance activities.
- Validate payroll-related data and ensure accuracy of employee records.
- Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee concerns.
