We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant &

- Financial Analyst to support our finance function. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable with numbers, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting &

• Bookkeeping       Maintain day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance workings and filings. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records as per applicable accounting standards.

Financial

Analysis &

• Reporting      Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards. Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data and preparing preliminary analyses. Analyze key financial metrics, cost structures, and variances to support management decision-making.

- Administrative Support    Work cross-functionally with operations, HR, and other teams to gather financial inputs. Maintain documentation related to invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and expense claims. Support process improvements within the finance function.

Key Skills &

Qualifications        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

- MBA (Finance) or pursuing / passed CA/ICWA (Inter) is an added advantage. 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (Ind AS/IGAAP). Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software preferred. Good analytical and numerical skills.
