Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver lessons on accounting and commerce topics.

- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans.

- Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in commerce education.

- Facilitate discussions and encourage student participation.

- Provide additional support and tutoring to students as needed.

- Participate in departmental meetings and school events.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Education or a related field.

- Teaching certification or licensure in relevant subjects.

- Previous teaching experience in accountancy and commerce is preferred.

- Robust understanding of accounting principles and commerce education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage and inspire students.
