About the Role

Window World is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the companys accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete accounting operations of the organization.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, payables, and outstanding payments.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances in coordination with consultants, wherever applicable.

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain proper supporting documentation.

- Conduct regular bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

- Monitor customer outstanding and coordinate with the sales team for timely collections.

- Review purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting documents.

- Assist management with budgeting,



financial analysis, cost control, and decision-making.

- Establish and maintain proper internal controls and accounting procedures.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

- Supervise and guide the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance management.

- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Experience in the manufacturing, construction, building materials, or similar industry will be preferred.
