We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage and oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Monitor budgeting, expenses, and financial controls.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Monitor fee collections, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
- Review invoices, vouchers,



purchase bills, and payment requests.
- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and applicable regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in handling accounting operations independently.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in managing and supervising an Accounts team.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in universities, educational institutions, corporate organizations, or similar establishments will be preferred.
