nWe are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Freshers who are interested in building a career in U.S. Accounting and Finance Operations.
nThe selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to U.S. Accounting processes, QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, financial documentation, MIS reporting, and related accounting activities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Learn and work on U.S. Accounting processes and practices.
n
- Work with QuickBooks and other accounting tools.
n
- Assist with payroll management and payroll processing.
n
- Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.
n
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
n
- Assist with invoicing and timesheet management.
n
- Maintain financial documentation and accounting records.
n
- Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements.
n
- Support day-to-day U.S. accounting activities.
n
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

nEligibility & Education
n
n
- Freshers Only.
n
- MBA (Finance) preferred.
n
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or any Finance-related field.
n
- Good communication skills in English.
n
- Telugu and Hindi communication skills required.
n
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts is an advantage.
n
- Candidates must be willing to work in the U.S. Night Shift.

- One-Year Employment Bond / Agreement is mandatory for new joiners.

- Selected candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with the company.
