Trade Aura Institute is looking for an Academic Counsellor to assist prospective students with information about our educational programs. The candidate will communicate with students, understand their requirements, provide course-related information, manage enquiries and follow up with interested candidates.

Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational and learning requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, batches, duration and fees.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding their enquiries.
- Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the academic team for student enrolment and onboarding.
- Assist students with the admission process and required documentation.
- Maintain qualified communication with prospective and enrolled students.
- Meet assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student information.

Pay: ₹15,708.90 - ₹35,034.59 per month
