Looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of skilled experience in residential and/or commercial interior design. The candidate will independently manage projects from client brief and concept development through space planning, 3D design, material selection, detailed working drawings, client presentations, site coordination and execution support. The ideal candidate should combine creative design thinking with strong technical knowledge and practical execution understanding, while balancing design quality, client expectations, budgets, timelines and site realities.

- Client Brief & Requirements: Meet clients, understand lifestyle, functional and aesthetic requirements, budgets and translate discussions into a structured design brief.
- Site Understanding: Conduct site visits,



verify dimensions, study structural elements and services, identify execution challenges and coordinate with project/site teams.
- Space Planning: Prepare furniture layouts, alternative layouts, circulation and ergonomic plans, storage solutions and technically feasible space plans.
- Concept & Design Development: Develop design direction, mood boards, material and color palettes, furniture language, lighting, ceiling/wall concepts, custom furniture and dcor.
- 3D Design & Visualization: Develop or guide realistic 3D views, review proportions/materials/colors/detailing, present designs to clients and incorporate feedback.
- Working Drawings: Prepare/review furniture, civil, flooring, ceiling, electrical, lighting, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, elevation, partition, door and construction detail drawings.
