About the Role

We are looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Junior 3D / Blender Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Blender and a strong understanding of 3D modelling, materials, scene organisation, and visual aesthetics.

You will work on creating and preparing high-quality 3D assets and visualisations while exploring modern workflows involving AI-assisted tools, Blender scripting, and web-based 3D technologies .

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D models and assets using Blender .
- Work with materials, textures, lighting, and scene composition.
- Organise and manage Blender scenes, collections, objects, and hierarchies efficiently.
- Prepare and optimise 3D assets for digital and web-based applications.
- Export and work with formats such as GLB/GLTF .
- Collaborate with the team to understand design requirements and translate concepts into 3D assets.
- Explore and adopt emerging AI-assisted 3D design workflows .
- Use basic Python scripting within Blender to automate or improve repetitive tasks where required.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all 3D work.
- Research new tools, techniques, and workflows to improve the overall 3D production process.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Blender .
- Understanding of 3D modelling and materials .
- Knowledge of object, collection, and hierarchy management in Blender.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and workflows.
- Basic understanding of Python scripting in Blender is an advantage.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with GLB/GLTF formats.




- Understanding of how Three.js consumes and displays 3D assets.
- Experience or interest in Blender MCP and AI-assisted workflows such as Claude.
- Experience in architectural visualisation, product visualisation, engineering visualisation , or a related field.
- Knowledge of 3D asset optimisation for web applications.

Experience & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience working with Blender is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with strong practical skills, creativity, and an impressive portfolio may be considered regardless of years of experience.
- A degree/diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Architecture, Product Design, Engineering, Visualisation , or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location & Work Arrangement Hyderabad-based candidates are preferred.

The position will initially be full time and office-based . Depending on performance and business requirements, the role may transition to a hybrid working arrangement .

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must provide a portfolio along with their resume.

The portfolio should demonstrate relevant work in areas such as:

- 3D modelling
- Blender projects
- Product/architectural visualisation
- Materials and texturing
- 3D environments or assets
- Other relevant 3D design work

Compensation ₹30,000 per month The compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's skills, experience, and portfolio.
