Roles & Responsibilities:

Create 3D architectural models in Blender using CAD drawings, references, and project standards.





- Model exterior with clean topology and accurate dimensions.
- Optimize models for rendering/walkthrough pipelines.
- Maintain correct scale and architectural accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for clean handovers and deliverable structure.
- Implement revisions based on feedback.
- Follow internal modeling standards, naming conventions, and workflow steps.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years skilled experience in 3D architectural modeling (or similar).
- Strong Blender skills: modeling, modifiers, UVs, topology, materials; basic scripting a plus.
- Confident CAD reading (plans/layout/dimensions).
- Familiarity with Unity/Unreal and rendering workflows.
- Good attention to detail, time management, and deadline ownership.
- Architectural/interior terminology knowledge; team communication.
- Version control/asset management is a plus.
- English conversation required.
