The Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support a leading Oil & Gas client, delivering end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, manufacturing functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, market insight, and consultative recruitment support to ensure hiring needs are met within agreed timelines and quality standards.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Hiring Managers, lead recruitment strategy, manage candidate pipelines, drive offer negotiations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in a quick-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Accountabilities

Please note, this role requires candidates to be flexible and comfortable working 3 days from Client office.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition briefing through offer management and onboarding support.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs, and recruitment targets.
- Recruit across technical, engineering, IT, manufacturing, field-based, plant, and corporate functions,



ranging from junior and blue-collar positions through to senior management roles.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage passive talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interviews to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights to support hiring decisions.
- Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation packages, and manage candidate engagement through to acceptance.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor and influencing hiring decisions where appropriate.
- Utilize recruitment systems, data, and analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Administration, Talent Mobility, and wider recruitment teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Skills & Requirements

- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience within an RPO, in-house, or agency environment.
- Experience recruiting across Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Engineering, Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity and multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Strong sourcing capability with experience identifying and engaging passive talent independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to provide consultative recruitment support and credible market insights to Hiring Managers.
- Strong offer management and salary negotiation experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),



with Workday experience considered advantageous.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, competitor mapping, and sourcing strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence to influence decisions.
- Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of APAC and/or Middle East recruitment markets.
