We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Monitor individual, branch, and overall team performance.
- Oversee sales operations across all branches and authorized sales counters.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and improve the performance of each branch and sales counter.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Identify recent business opportunities and implement corrective actions to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in automobile sales,



including a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
- Robust understanding of automotive market trends and dealership operations.
- Previous experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and target-achievement skills.
- Good knowledge of computer systems and sales/CRM software.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multi-location sales operations.
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Target-oriented, result-driven, and performance-focused.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Location: Nadakkavu.

Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives
