Urgently required for the post of Store & Inventory Executive – Technical

Experience : 0 to 3 years
Salary package : as per company norms

Location : Dombivali

Key Responsibilities :

- Enter material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns in ERP.
- Maintain accurate inventory/stock records.
- Prepare and update GRN, material issue slips, stock statements, and related documents.
- Maintain records of raw materials, alloys, consumables, spares, and tools.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Accounts for material-related entries.
- Verify physical stock against ERP/system stock and report discrepancies.
- Support stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain minimum/maximum stock level records.
- Track material consumption department-wise.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory MIS reports.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of store records.
- Update material codes, descriptions, quantities, and other master data in ERP.
- Support the Store In-charge in maintaining proper inventory control.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience working on ERP software.
- Good typing and data-entry accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical materials, tools, spares, and foundry consumables.
- Good coordination with production and purchase teams.
