Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Telecaller **to support our sales team in the furniture and interior industry. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products/services and assist in converting leads into sales.
- Maintain customer databases, follow-up records and sales updates.
- Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with the sales team.

Skills Required

- Valuable communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Good persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers may apply.
